How we work
AION is being built as a remote-first firm with team members in the U.S. and Korea. We work async-first, document decisions in writing, and intend to bring the team together in person on a regular cadence. Compensation will be market-competitive with equity available to early team members.
Open roles
We hire credentialed senior professionals (CPAs, EAs, JDs, staff engineers) and ambitious junior talent for paralegal, accounting and engineering roles. We do not hire for any role we wouldn't be proud to take on a client engagement.

What we don't do
We don't hire offshore for credentialed work, we don't subcontract client deliverables to third parties without disclosure, and we don't run unpaid internships. The premise of the firm is credentialed work; the firm's hiring practices reflect that.
