How does AION's pricing model work?
AION prices modules at fixed monthly fees with documented inclusions and clear add-on rates for work outside the standard scope. There are no hourly bills, no surprise invoices and no charges for routine status emails.
What's included vs add-on?
Each module's page lists exactly what's included. Common add-ons (one-off entity formations, audit support, special projects) are quoted in advance against documented rates. We don't surprise-bill.
- Monthly module fee covers everything in the inclusion list
- Add-on work quoted before performance
- State filing fees, USPTO fees and third-party costs passed through at cost
- No retainer requirements; no minimum engagement length beyond 90 days
What if I want to cancel?
AION's standard contract has a 90-day initial period and month-to-month thereafter. Cancellation is by 30 days' written notice. We hand off your records in standard formats (CSV exports, PDF tax returns, native QuickBooks files) within seven business days of termination.
